Who is to blame? Beats us, but at least he didn't cut off all his hair for publicity or try to join the mile high club with a Qantas Stewardess!

Heavy metal band CAGE has been announced as the headliner of the first Mexicali Metal Fest. Mexicali Metal Fest is scheduled for Saturday, March 10, 2007 at Parque Vicente Guerrero in Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico.
